We recently received our wedding photos (all 800 of them!) and have loved every second of getting to re-live the day and all of the emotions. Each and every photo is even more breathtaking then I could have imagined and we're so grateful to have had the day captured in such a beautiful way. 

I'd like to share some of our favorite shots and share some of the details that made the day what it was. So tune in for a week of wedding related posts...

it's all coming together

Henderson Armchair from Wayfair We took possession of the new house on August 17th, so we're just over two months in, and considering that short amount of time that we've been in it (and the fact we're working full time) the house is looking pretty good. Slowly but surely, the rooms are coming together. We're waiting on a few pieces of furniture we've ordered and working at getting artwork placed and hung.  We ordered our new sectional in between the purchase and closing, and luckily it was delivered the Saturday morning of our move. ikea holiday catalogue

I'm trying to avoid getting too over zealous for Christmas so early on - which is proving really difficult for me - but the Ikea Holiday Catalogue is not helping anything...  I sheepishly confessed to D last night about my lunch time trip to Home Sense, where I had zero will power and indulged in my first holiday purchase (Christmas towels with the cutest little reindeer and festive napkins and coasters) and now I'm thinking there's some more shopping to be done... uh-oh!
